Privacy

Kranti is run by Deva Kranti in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This page explains how your information is handled when you visit the website, book a class or session, join the email list or get in touch. Last updated October 2026.

What is collected

• When you send a message or join the list: your name, email address, the services you are interested in and anything you write in the message.
• When you book a class, membership or session: your name, email, booking details and payment, handled by Momence and its payment processor. Kranti never sees or stores your card number.
• When you join the community forum: the name and email you sign up with, and what you post there.
• When you browse: anonymous visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

How it is used

• To answer your message and arrange your classes, sessions and memberships.
• To send you class news, offers and practices by email, only if you have ticked the box asking for them.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and studio access details for what you have booked.
• To keep the website working and understand which pages are useful.

Your information is never sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Email and your consent

Marketing emails are sent only with your express consent, in line with Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. Booking emails such as confirmations and reminders are sent because you need them for what you booked, and you may still receive those while unsubscribed from news.

Who helps run the website

• Kit for the email list and forms.
• Momence for class schedules, bookings, memberships and payments.
• Stripe for payment processing, through Momence.
• Talkyard for the community forum.
• Cloudflare for hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Zoom for online classes.

Each of these keeps data on its own secure systems, some of them outside Canada, and only uses it to provide its service to Kranti.

How long it is kept

Messages and list details are kept while you are a client or subscriber and removed on request. Booking and payment records are kept as long as Canadian tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information Kranti holds about you, or to stop receiving emails. Write to hi@devakranti.com and it will be done promptly.

Age

Our website and services are for adults 18 and over. Teens aged 16 and 17 are welcome in our services when a parent or guardian gives consent and takes responsibility for them. In that case, we only collect the details the parent or guardian shares with us. Tantra for couples is for adults only.
