I began in 2015 with Tantra and Rebirthing (breathwork), and over the years added Life Coaching, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and Power Yoga, different ways to heal, grow and expand. I work with people all over the world, online and in person, in English and Portuguese.
Mind your mind. My work is to help you lower the volume of your thoughts through breath, movement and presence, and reconnect with your higher self, the source of your love, expansion and joy. This is the heart way of living.
